1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on the btpk platform, you enter into a binding contract with the Company. This agreement becomes effective immediately upon account registration and remains in effect for the duration of your account's active status. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be modified from time to time.

1.2 Amendments

btpk reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address or through prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

1.3 Supplementary Terms

Certain features, services, promotions, or games may be subject to additional terms and conditions ("Supplementary Terms"). In the event of conflict between these Terms and any Supplementary Terms, the Supplementary Terms shall prevail with respect to the specific feature or service to which they apply.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use btpk services. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. btpk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The btpk platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access and gameplay. You are prohibited from accessing or using the Service if you are located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted. You represent that you are not accessing the Service from any prohibited jurisdiction and will not use VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographical restrictions.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account with btpk, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid date of birth establishing you are 21 years of age or older
• Current residential address within the Philippines
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Secure password meeting minimum security requirements

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with btpk. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same person or household, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers and winnings, and forfeit all funds. This restriction applies regardless of whether the multiple accounts were created intentionally or unintentionally.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify btpk immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.6 Identity Verification

btpk is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. We reserve the right to request documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete identity verification may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or account closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your btpk account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned to the source and potential account closure. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified for each payment method and may be adjusted at btpk's discretion.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your btpk account balance subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified with completed KYC documentation; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions; (c) the withdrawal is being made to a payment account registered in your name; and (d) you have complied with all Terms and applicable laws. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to additional security reviews at btpk's discretion. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.

3.3 Transaction Fees

btpk does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method currency differs from the account currency.

3.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

btpk provides tools allowing you to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through your account settings. These responsible gaming controls are designed to help you maintain control over your gambling activity. Once set, certain limits may be subject to cooling-off periods before they can be increased or removed, as required by responsible gaming best practices.

3.5 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more will be classified as dormant. btpk reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee on accounts that remain inactive for extended periods. We will provide advance notice via email before implementing any such fees.

4. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All players must engage with btpk games and services in good faith and in accordance with the intended spirit of the games. The following activities are strictly prohibited: collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems or bots, exploitation of software errors or glitches, use of unfair external assistance including betting strategies obtained through fraudulent means, and any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity. Violation of fair play principles will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the btpk platform is governed by specific rules that are accessible through the game information section. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, but these Terms shall govern all other aspects of your relationship with btpk.

4.3 Software Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of software malfunction, network failure, or any technical error that affects game outcomes, btpk reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to player accounts. This includes but is not limited to: display errors showing incorrect odds or payouts, game disconnections resulting in uncertain outcomes, or server failures affecting result determination. The Company's decision regarding voided bets and refunds shall be final.

4.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting wagers are subject to specific terms including settlement rules, dead heat provisions, and event postponement policies. All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports authority. btpk reserves the right to suspend betting markets, adjust odds, or void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or other circumstances at our discretion.

4.5 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks; (c) transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code; (d) engage in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses other users; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform; or (f) use any data mining or similar data gathering methods.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Promotional Terms

btpk offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. These may include wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and other conditions. Players must opt-in to promotions where required and meet all specified conditions to qualify for and withdraw bonus-related winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Different games may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements, with slots typically contributing 100% while table games and certain other games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

btpk reserves the right to withhold any bonuses, cancel any bonuses, or close player accounts if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or promotion. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing bets in a manner designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, although we will generally provide reasonable notice when practical. We also reserve the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Ownership

All content, features, and functionality available on the btpk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of btpk or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, btpk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Service; (b) collect or use any product listings or descriptions; (c) make derivative use of the Service; or (d) download or copy account information for the benefit of any third party.

6.3 Trademarks

The btpk name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of btpk or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. Use of such marks without permission may constitute trademark infringement.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Personal Information

btpk collects, uses, and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By using the Service, you consent to such collection, use, and processing. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and provides detailed information about how we handle your personal data.

7.2 Communications

By registering an account, you consent to receive communications from btpk via email, SMS, or other electronic means regarding account activity, promotional offers, service updates, and other information related to your use of the Platform. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, but you cannot opt out of transactional or service-related communications.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While btpk strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. btpk shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance.

8.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BTPK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, BTPK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE AT THE TIME THE CLAIM AROSE.

8.4 Force Majeure

btpk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

9. Account Closure and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your btpk account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance within thirty (30) days. After this period, btpk reserves the right to charge administrative fees for maintaining closed accounts with positive balances.

9.2 Termination by btpk

btpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) required by law or regulatory authority; or (d) we cease to offer services in your jurisdiction. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may, at our discretion, return any remaining balance to you minus any amounts owed to btpk.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, btpk offers self-exclusion options that allow you to voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for specified periods ranging from six months to permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, and btpk will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact btpk customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

10.3 Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding the Service, you should first contact our customer support team. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with their complaint handling procedures for licensed operators.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Supplementary Terms for specific services or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and btpk regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver by btpk of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by btpk to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without btpk's prior written consent. btpk may assign or transfer these Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without your consent to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

11.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations provided are for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
